A very common question we get asked by female lifters is “What Is The Best Female Anavar Cycle?” While Anavar, as We’ve mentioned in several previous articles is quite possibly the perfect steroid, We thought for us to tell you the best female anavar cycle, it would be best told and given by a female with a female perspective and a female’s anavar results.
So without further ado, We're going to let Sarah take the floor.
Hi, I appreciate the introduction. First off, I’d like to say that if any females need any advice on anavar cycles, you can bet you’ll always find me lurking in the forums, the names Bellina, I don’t bite. Well, sometimes I do.
On with my first time anavar results.
It’s best to tell my stats. I’d been training for about 3 years and I had put on a good amount of mass and strength naturally. I’d done Big Beyond Belief, Big Boy Basics, and 10×10 German Volume Training, along with many other routines. My weight at the time was about 135, height 5’4.
These are all on Olympic Barbell, minus the squat bar which was on a Safety Squat Bar.
Bench: 37kg
Squat: 100kg
Overhead Press: 1kg
Deadlift: 60kg
I felt it was time to take things to the next level and I’d read up a lot on Anavar. My gains were more than impressive to say the least. This was my first time anavar cycle.
Week 1-3: 10mg
Week 4-12: 12mg
Don’t cycle down, it’s useless and a waste of a good product.
Do have probiotics on hand as Anavar can dry out your lady parts and cause yeast infection.
Do make sure to monitor your sides. At this dosage I had no side effects of anavar, but some women are very sensitive to virility and acne. Virility at this dosage is very unlikely, but still—if it scares you, just watch for it and lower the dosage. If you get acne on anavar, try buying some Vitamin B5, as well as Proactiv or Acne Free. Do Follow up with Milk Thistle and Liv-52. Repairing your liver after a cycle is very important. While Anavar’s liver toxicity is actually less than a beer a day, it’s better to be safe than sorry.
As you can see, I started slow to monitor my side effects (which were nil) and increased as I felt necessary. I noticed I actually felt the strongest around week 7-12.
My gains?
Bench: 55kg
Squat: 130kg
Overhead Press: 5kg
Deadlift: 90kg
It’s safe to say that I found the perfect anavar cycle and that anavar is great for women. Was this easy? No. My diet was immaculate and I trained my ass off. Do I think any woman can make these gains on Anavar? Certainly, if they train hard, eat right and have the dedication to whoop some monkey ass.
